1.To show the  Rulers in Photoshop , either go to View  in  the menu and select  Rulers , or press CMD+R (Mac) or CTRL+R (Windows) on your keyboard.   2.To hide  Rulers in Photoshop , either go to View  in  the menu and deselect  Rulers , or press CMD+R (Mac) or CTRL+R (Windows) on your keyboard.  

Color sampler tool: 1. Color Sampler Tool  allows you to view  color  values in defined spots of your  image: ...  Samplers  get saved in your image, so you can know  color  values in  defined spots even after you reopen the image. 2.In the Options bar, you can change sample size ( sampler's  range). 3. If you know this color value easy to color the things.  

3D Material Drop tool: 1.With the  3D Material Drop tool , Option-click (PC: Alt-click) a  material  to load it and then click anywhere to  drop  it to another part of your model, another  3D  mesh, or another  3D  layer. 2.  Use  the  3D  Select  Material tool  to help target the right  material  as indicated by the  material  picker thumbnail in the  3D  panel.  

1.The  eyedropper tool  can be used to sample pixel color values from any open image window and make the sampled color the new foreground color.  2.If you hold down Option/Alt, the  eyedropper tool  will sample the color as a background color.  3.You can sample colors from anywhere with the  eyedropper tool .
